Waste Paper and Dust Disposal System for Paper Industry
Introduction
In the production line of the paper industry, the trimming treatment system uses the shredded fan to suck the waste into the fan through two suction ports installed under the rewinder, paper cutter and slitting machine. After crushing and cutting, it is transported to the separator through the pipeline.The waste materials are separated and fallen intothe baler to compress and baling. The dust-containing gas discharged from the separator can be connected to a water dust collector or a bag type dust collector through dust removal fan to collect and process the dust. The water dust collector can be connected to the pulper or sewage pipe. The bag type dust collector can be connected to the dust briquetting machine with a special discharge valve to briquette the dust.
The whole system realizes automatic operation in which pressure detection device can be installed on the separator. The PLC real-time arithmetic instructs the inverter to change the frequency of the dust removal fan to balance the system pressure and avoid excessive positive pressure or negative pressure in the baler from dust spraying or floating in the separator to cause system blockage.
